Introduction:

Welcome to Level 5 – Upper-Intermediate (B2). This level is designed for learners who are confident with everyday English and now wish to expand their fluency, accuracy, and comprehension in more complex contexts. You will develop the ability to communicate effectively in both personal and professional situations, understand nuanced language, and express opinions, ideas, and arguments clearly.

At this stage, emphasis is placed on:

  • Advanced grammar and vocabulary, including idiomatic expressions and phrasal verbs.
  • Improved reading and listening comprehension of authentic materials such as articles, reports, and media content.
  • Fluent speaking and writing skills, enabling you to discuss abstract topics, give detailed presentations, and participate actively in debates and negotiations.
  • Critical thinking and language awareness, helping you adapt your communication style to different audiences and situations.
