Introduction
Governance in nonprofit organizations serves as a fundamental framework that ensures the effective and transparent management of resources, enhances integrity and accountability, and builds trust with donors, beneficiaries, and the community. This course aims to introduce participants to the concepts of governance, international best practices and standards, the governance requirements within the Saudi context, and to equip them with an understanding of roles, responsibilities, and effective control systems within their organizations.
